The anti-fog property is for enhanced respiratory product packaging and to provide a better shelf-life for the product. The anti-fog properties are discussed in terms of wettability, surface chemistry, and by quantitative assessment of the optical properties (haze and transparency). The work also presents the results of anti-fog tests simulating the typical storage conditions of fresh foods. Anti-fog film used for specific application like meat, frozen and breathable vegetable and fruits packaging.
