Integrated Plastics Packaging is a Manufacturing division of Lutfi Group of Companies, established in 1999 in National Industries Park, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At I.P.P., we manufacture and convert customized, high-quality flexible packaging materials primarily for the food industry and also for hygiene, personal care, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, fertilizer and construction industries. We are a packaging market leader with experience working alongside globally recognized brands including Lipton, Brook Bond, Dettol, McVitie’s, Tang, Cadbury, Maggi, Mackintosh, Tiffany, Igloo, Nando’s, Emirates and many more.

Established in Dubai with Blown Film PE Co-Extrusion Plant.
2000
Started Flexo (Stack) Printing Press.
2001
Started Lamination and converting rolls into Bags and Pouches.
2004
Started Flexo (C.I.) Printing Press.
2008
Relocated to purpose-built BRC / IoP certified facility with transformation from Flexographic to Rotogravure printing technology.
2011
Major Capacity Expansion.
2015-17
Capacity enhanced to 12,600 MT/PA with addition of new machinery and equipment.
2018
Advanced Pouching Capabilities and Plant Upgradation.
2020
Added Two Pouching Lines (3D & CS).
2021
Added Coffee Valve, Spouts and Embossing capabilities.
2022
Introduced Laser Scoring (Linear & Shaped).
2023
Delivering Sustainable & Recyclable Laminates and Pouches.

Strengthened Global Compliance & Certification.
